COVID-19 has turned our world upside down. As climbers we are not used to being stuck at home. We need the challenge of climbing, working on our project, improving our technique and most importantly being with our friends.
The climbing community has been badly hit by COVID-19. It started with the closing of climbing gyms, followed by banning of outdoor climbing and now we have to stay at home in order to fight the virus.
Yes, our arms and fingers are getting weak, to a climber this is a big deal. But we are all in this together. Everyone of us has an important role to play in fighting COVID-19. By staying at home, we can help flatten the curve. Soon everything will be back to normal and we will climb again.
