Climbing system boards have become the hot new craze for climbers these days. A brilliant idea first made into reality by Ben Moon and shamelessly name it the Moonboard. Since Moonboard there had been others such as Kilter Board and Tension Board.
You can build and installed a system board in your house assuming your house is big and high enough for it. If you are living in public housing like most you’ll need to visit a climbing gym that has one. With more bouldering gyms popping up offering a different type of system board training you’ll be spoiled for choice.
